A perfect replica of a timeless classic. The Johnson Metal Body Resonator Mandolin is modeled after the original National-style mandolin. Johnson usese a real spun aluminum cone where you can actually see the spirals. This rare item has previously only been available from custom resonator builders. (I'm not sure if there's another new metal bodied resophonic mandolin available today.)
